You may cancel your private booking up to 7 days before your reservation and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may receive a 50% refund.

Additional participants may be added up to 24 hours before the reservation, so long as that number does not exceed the maximum number of participants allowed for the time reserved. Requesting additional participants may dictate longer times, and therefore a pricing increase.
