1. All charges are based on the number of guests in attendance, time, and distance traveled, as well as additional services such as team-building training. OUT Mobile Escape Rooms LLC reserves the right to change the structure of the event if the number of attendees changes in a way that may adversely affect the escape room experience.
2. The reserving party may cancel their private booking up to 7 days before your reservation and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may receive a 50% refund.
3. Additional participants may be added up to 24 hours before the reservation, so long as that number does not exceed the maximum number of participants allowed for the time reserved. Requesting additional participants may dictate longer times, and therefore a pricing increase.
4. The reserving party agrees to provide OUT Mobile Escape Rooms LLC with the following:
A minimum space of 15 feet x 20 feet, with a minimum height of 8 feet (additional space allows for a less cramped, more enjoyable experience during transitions)
Access to an electrical (110 voltage) outlet within 50 feet of the space
Reasonable access through which the tent, frame, furniture, and props may be transported
Access to the space at least 1 hour before, and 30 minutes after the event to allow for setup and take down.
7. The reserving party understands that employees, volunteers, or subcontracted individuals of OUT Mobile Escape Rooms LLC may be used to assist with the setup or facilitation of the event.
8. A 50% down payment must be made to reserve the event.
9. Final payment will be made on or before the day of the event and prior to the start.
10. The reserving party understands that pictures may be taken of the participants, with their permission, and posted on outmobileescaperooms.com and associated social media, and that the reserving party is responsible for communicating if pictures are not allowed or preferred.
11. The reserving party understands that all participants must individually sign a Standard Release and Hold Harmless agreement. This may be done before or during the event. Signing Releases during the event may take additional time.
12. The reserving party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OUT Mobile Escape Rooms LLC from liability under any claims for injury or damage to persons or property resulting from the acts or omissions of the reserving party, its officers, employees and agents under this agreement. OUT Mobile Escape Rooms LLC agrees to hold harmless and indemnity the reserving party from liability for any claims for injury or damage to persons or property resulting from the acts or omissions of OUT Mobile Escape Rooms, its officers, employees and agents.
